Sometimes your mind makes things heavier...

I really love the description you put in this piece. It is very true. many people struggle with stress and anxiety beacuse they worry about the little things that they either have no control over or, they worry about it to a point where the stress actually makes the situations worse. (I can speak from experience.) 

In terms of the painting I absolutly love it, I love the way you did the background especially. I like how you didn't decide to take the typical option and paint the entire background. Instead you took a more creative route and I do admire you and your creativity for that 

This piece has really inspired me to improve the way I present my own work, and I vow to make my work less mundane and boring
